Word Q. I enjoyed your tips on using Word, but you didn't mention a shortcut for inserting a new page in the middle of your text. Must I use Insert--Page?
No. Following the same principle, move your pointer to the spot in which you would like a new page. Let's say for example the end of the second paragraph. Place your cursor either at the end of that paragraph or the beginning of the next and press Ctrl-Enter. You'll have a new page in between.
Outlook How do I send an e-mail to everyone without creating a separate distribution group?
Start a new message and press the To: button to obtain the global address list. Now, click on the first name at the top of the list and scroll to the last name on the list. Hold down the Shift key, click on that last name, causing every name to be highlighted. Click on the To -> button to move everyone into the Message Recipient box.
F Y I-- E-Mail Global addresses enhanced
Your in-house address list has been improved through the addition of several groups to the Global Address List. The Global Addresses now include specific 'groups' for East and West Elementary, as well as the Middle
School, along with a separate grouping for the High School. These new groupings contain all personnel and can be found when you click on the TO: button. You'll find these alphabetically within the listing of individuals names.
