Don't Hesitate to Annotate

Here is an example of frustration personified--I am constantly opening files for the sole purpose of finding out the subject of a particular file.  Sure the file name's supposed to give me a clue, but sometimes it's vague and there have been times when I've opened it only to discover I can't recollect the reason for such a file.
I've overcome this aggravation by annotating my files.  It takes but half a minute and has saved me countless hours of opening and closing files.  Here's what to do:
Point to the file to annotate, but
do not open it.  While highlighted, press ALT-ENTER to display its properties and choose the Summary tab.

Click on
Comments and type your notation in the pop-up box, then click OK until the panels are closed.

So you say you can't seem to print when you are in Adobe's Acrobat Reader.  It may be because Acrobat Reader has it's own menu line and

tool bar, which contains its own print command and its own printer icon.  Look closely and be certain you are selecting the print icon that's located

within the Acrobat Reader tool bar and not some other opened tool bar such as would be displayed when Internet Explorer is opened.
