Based on updated information from Governor, school closings will continue indefinitely and at least until April 30. We will be following our posted schedule through Easter and then begin having FIDs on Mondays-Thursdays with Friday reserved for Act 80 days.
We will come back from Easter break on Tuesday, April 14 and hold FIDS on April 14, 15, and 16. Friday, April 17 will be an Act 80 day. The next two weeks will follow that pattern unless we are permitted to return to school on May 1.
The Conrad Weiser Food Service Department will also continue serving our students meals during this time. In order to maintain the health and safety of the students in the community the UDSA updated the guidelines on meal pick up. At this time children do not have to be present to receive a breakfast or lunch. Parents or guardians will be required to report the student’s name and grade to the appropriate staff when receiving the meal. Meal service is available Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at West Elementary School. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Marci Nagle. Thank you for your cooperation.
We will continue to update our school community regarding school closures when we are notified from Governor Wolf or PDE. Thank you for your ongoing support of our students. Stay home and stay healthy!
