The Conrad Weiser Cross Country program is excited to announce the start of preparations for the upcoming Fall 2026 season and is inviting all interested students to join the team! π
Cross country is a rewarding sport that promotes endurance, discipline, goal-setting, and teamwork. πͺ Student-athletes of all experience levels are encouraged to participateβwhether you are a seasoned runner or brand new to the sport.
We emphasize the inclusive nature of our program: π€
βCross country is about personal growth as much as competition. Every athlete has the opportunity to improve, contribute, and be part of a supportive team/family environment.β π
The program focuses on developing physical fitness, mental toughness, and a commitment to excellence both on and off the course. π§ β¨ Participation in cross country can also complement other sports by building cardiovascular endurance and overall athletic performance.
