Miss. Hulina’s Kindergarten had their own election today! It was Hedgie (the Heggerty Hedgehog) vs. Pete the Cat for class president. Each student made their own voter registration card, and then it was time to go to the ballot box.

Mrs. Gates' AM and PM classes learned about the election process and campaigning for a 🍫Candy Election🍫. They voted as a class for the primary elections for the Hershey and Mars party candy candidates. They were then in charge of running their candy campaign by organizing and executing different committees (⭐️speeches, commercials, and advertisements⭐️). Today the 4th graders presented their campaigns to 3rd grade classes, where the general election vote occurred🗳. What candy will win as best "CANDY"date??🥇

Ms. Loose's first grade had so much fun learning about pumpkins this week! From pumpkin parts to the life cycle, carving, painting, and investigating!
