At the Curriculum Committee meeting last evening, Heidi Luckenbill shared exciting updates from our 9β12 Social Studies Department:
β AP Success:
β’ AP U.S. History: 92% scored 3 or higher
β’ AP World History: 96% scored 3 or higher (π 11 students earned a 5!)
β’ AP U.S. Government: 73% scored 3 or higher
π³οΈ Civic Engagement:
β’ Conrad Weiser earned the 2025 Governorβs Civic Engagement Award β Gold Level with 88% of eligible students registered to vote and several serving as student poll workers!
π Course & Club Highlights:
Engaging courses include Street Law, Military History, and Pop Culture.
Students can also get involved in the Social Studies Club, WorldQuest, and Current Topics in Politics.
