Students will have the opportunity to speak with community helpers, ask questions about their jobs, and see vehicles and equipment up close! Mrs. Chelius’s and Mrs. Whitmoyer’s classes went on a trip to Old Dry Road Farm. The children enjoyed making marbles out of clay or clothespin dolls, yummy apple cider, and candles. #WeAreWeiser

💙🤍🍎🕯️The 2nd graders in Mrs. Barata & Mrs. Schweigert’s class traveled back in time for our field trip. Old Dry Road Farm gave us a look at what life was like a few hundred years ago. We pressed apples to make delicious apple cider. We dipped a string into wax to make a candle. We made toys-marbles for the boys and dolls for the girls. We had a fun learning day! #WeAreWeiser #ColonialDays

We are excited to welcome another author to our school! Meg Auchenbach, a local author and illustrator, will be visiting WEST on November 18th. Book order forms will be sent home with your child next week. A big thank you to our PTO for their continued support of this annual event. #WeAreWeiser

💉🚚The Robesonia Community Library will be hosting a mobile vaccine clinic brought to us by the GIANT Pharmacy of GIANT Food Stores on Tuesday, October 22nd from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
