📣 Exciting Announcement for Families! 📣 We’re just a few days away from our Community Helper Day on Monday, 10/21! 🚑👷🚒👮🛶🚜 Each grade will have the chance to interact with local companies and learn about their important roles in our community. Students will have the opportunity to speak with community helpers, ask questions about their jobs, and see vehicles and equipment up close! 💙🤍🍎🕯️The 2nd graders in Mrs. Barata & Mrs. Schweigert’s class traveled back in time for our field trip. Old Dry Road Farm gave us a look at what life was like a few hundred years ago. We pressed apples to make delicious apple cider. We dipped a string into wax to make a candle. We made toys-marbles for the boys and dolls for the girls. We had a fun learning day! #WeAreWeiser #ColonialDays
