We’re excited for another season of CW Athletics! To make it easier for families to watch and attend games, here are a few important updates:

🏟️Stadium Guidelines
To help keep our events safe, fun, and family-friendly, please note the following guidelines:
✅ Admission: Varsity or Varsity/JV Combo Events: $5 Adults / $3 Students & Seniors OR pre-approved pass. Opens: 1 hr. 45 min before football 🏈 / 45 min before other events. Charged until halftime of the varsity contest.
👨‍👩‍👧 Students & Children: 8th grade or younger must be with an adult chaperone. Children must be supervised at all times.
🚫 Not Allowed: Outside food/drink. Food, gum, sunflower seeds, or colored drinks on turf/track. Backpacks. Balls, bikes, scooters, running, or athletic activity (pre- & post-game included). Body/face paint or costume masks. Removing shirts. Re-entry (leaving = repay admission).
💬 Sportsmanship: Let coaches coach, officials officiate, and fans cheer positively! Good sportsmanship is expected from all.
🏆 Final decisions are made by the Athletic Director or appointed Game Manager.

📱 Updated Conrad Weiser High School Cell Phone Procedure 📱

We want to share an important update to our cell phone policy for this school year:

✅ Students may text before school, between classes, at lunch, and after school.
⛔ Phones may not be used during class time for any reason—this will be strictly enforced.
📌 If a phone is confiscated, students will now pick it up at the end of the school day (parent pick-up is no longer required).
📈 Consequences will be progressive and will not reset at the semester.
⌚ Smart watches will be treated the same as phones.

📞 If you need to reach your student immediately, please call the high school office and we will assist you.

🚗Conrad Weiser High School Student Drop-Off Update 🚦

Please note a change to student drop-off procedures this year to keep everyone safe:

🔶 The middle of the driveway will be blocked off with signs and cones for school bus traffic only.
➡️ If entering from Big Spring Road:

Drop off students where the driveway widens on the right.

After drop-off, turn left into the lot before the cones and exit back onto Big Spring Road.

➡️ If entering from the other side of the building (422 entrance):

Parents may drop off in the high school parking lot.

Exit the lot back to 422.
