ππ₯³Yesterday, we celebrated Conrad Weiser's 239th birthday which was on November 2nd. Our PTO helped us celebrate his birthday by purchasing ice cream for every student in the building! It was a birthday bash!π

Today our students participated in a SECURE safety drill. The SECURE protocol is used if there is a safety risk outside of our school building and we want to ensure that our students remain safe indoors. The goal of a SECURE drill is to βget inside and lock doorsβ. Please remind your child that these drills are to ensure safety.

Today 2nd grade rotated to each classroom to do fun fall activities. We listened to and acted out a story, rolled dice, colored a pumpkin according to specific directions, completed a pumpkin game and wrote about what our teacher should dress up as. What a fun day!
