West is excited for Field Day on Tuesday, June 3rd! ☀️
Please review the important information below to help us make the day smooth, safe, and fun for everyone.
To ensure student safety, only Conrad Weiser employees and pre-registered volunteers will be permitted on campus. 🚫 Volunteer signups are now closed.
🙌 Volunteers Thank you to all who signed up to help! ❤️ Here are a few reminders: ⏰ Please arrive at 9:10 after the busses have left. Parking is available in the A Wing or Bwing parking lots or on the B Wing playground macadam. We will take a group picture at 9:25. You will need your ID for checkin in the West Lobby. There you will receive your station assignment for that day.
Lunch will be in the art room during your grade level's lunch times; however, lunches with students are not permitted. You do not have to have the shareable subs to eat lunch in the art room. All volunteers are welcome to take a break there during that lunch time.
If you would like to change your students dismissal for that day, a note is needed for the West office noting the change to parent pickup that day. This notification is needed prior to dismissal time.
🧒 What Students Need to Know 📆 👕 👟 Dress for activity—comfortable clothing and sneakers (tie or Velcro) are required. Student will be receiving a shirt provided by PTO to wear that day💧 Bring a water bottle labeled with your name—water only, please. 🧢 Consider sending a hat or sunglasses, also labeled. 🧴 Please apply sunscreen at home before school.

Thanks to all of our sponsors for helping to get the West garden project up and running. The Bee Inspiring Foundation Inc donated two of our raised beds which Newcastle Landscaping and Weaver’s Ace Hardware donated soil to fill up! Snyder Landscaping donated money to buy a shed which is holding some various other supplies also donated by Weaver’s Ace Hardware such as a hose, hose nozzle and tomato cages. Timac Agro donated fertilizer for our raised garden beds! Time was donated by Rob Keffer and Gary Houck to finish construction on two of our metal raised beds. Also thanks to the Conrad Weiser West PTO and the Conrad Weiser High School Agriculture Department for donating to this project as well.
