As a reminder, Barn Hill Preserve permission slips are due this Thursday, January 5th. ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PERMISSION SLIP TO ATTEND THE ASSEMBLY. This is a requirement of the preserve. The permission slip doubles as an order form. You do not have to order something for your student to attend the assembly.
If you are purchasing a product, please note the photo with the tortoise will not be a tortoise, but a hedgehog. And the animal being adopted in the Animal Ambassador Adoption Kit is a kangaroo. Please complete the order form and return to your student's teacher with payment. Checks should be made payable to Barn Hill Preserve.

Today we will be completing FID #1 activities.
All West students have FID packets that were sent home or given to parents at conference time. Your childβs teacher will be available to you via SeeSaw today between 10am and 3pm.
Please be reminded that your child must complete their FID #1 assignments to be considered present for today. Students will have 3 days from our return to school to complete this work. If this work is not completed and/or turned in, your child will be marked absent.

Students should be coming home with the attached permission form/order slip for an assembly by the Barn Hill Preserve on January 12th here at West.
You do not need to make a purchase, but EVERY student needs the permission slip returned in order to attend the assembly. The Barn Hill Preserve brings live animals to the show and students are not allowed to attend if they do not have a returned permission form.
The permission slip doubles as an order form. If you are interested in any of those items, complete the order form portion and send it in with payment.
Permission slips are due by Thursday, January 5, 2023. Again, students without a permission slip are NOT permitted to attend the assembly. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
