Ms. Looseβs first grade spent all week learning about and exploring pumpkins! Today, we identified how tall our pumpkins are, how many lines and seeds they have, if they sink or float, and if theyβre small, medium, or big! We ended the day painting our pumpkins! π #learningisfuninA1 #WeAreWeiser











Mrs. Bowser's 1st grade class did some experiments π¬ with candy corn today! They put it in three different liquids to see which liquid would dissolve the candy corn first. They used water, vinegar, and isopropyl alcohol...which do you think dissolved the candy corn the fastest? #WeAreWeiser





Our Family Fall Fest was a wonderful night of community at West. Thank you to all the teachers who spent their evening making this fun for our families and thank you to the families that came out to support their children. π π€ #WeAreWeiser











4th grade had a great time visiting the Pennsylvania State Capitol on Wednesday! ππ€ They learned all about the House of Representatives and the State Senate. On Friday, Mrs. Neiheiserβs classes participated in a classroom mystery. The students had to read through clues and look at evidence to figure out which of the three suspects committed the crime of stealing the classroom pencil sharpener. This activity kicks off the start of the Third Grade Mystery Reading Unit. #WeAreWeiser #LearningIsFun
