β¨ Dr. Ryan Giffing, Superintendent of Conrad Weiser Area School District, shares a powerful message in the Reading Eagle: βRelationships Are Greater Than Everything Else.β
He reminds us that students and classrooms thrive when trust, presence, and collaboration come first. From active listening to open communication, Dr. Giffing outlines how strong relationships between educators, families, and the school board truly shape success.
"As we reflect on the lessons of 9/11 and the current state of our world, let us recommit to the necessity of relationships. Let us choose connection over division, empathy over indifference, and kindness over judgment." π

Today, two of our Conrad Weiser team members volunteered at Opportunity House in Reading β an incredible place that serves as a learning center, supportive housing, shelter, technology center, and childrenβs alliance center all in one. π
For this yearβs project, we rolled up our sleeves to wash the buses π that transport students and permanent residents, and got our hands dirty in the garden, tackling weeds π±
A huge thank you to our CWASD United Way representatives, Meghan and Samantha, for leading the way and representing us so well! π
